Important Update: Photo Registration for Package Purchases
To protect our customers and prevent misuse, all new package purchases now require a photo registration for identity verification. This change follows an increase in cases where packages were registered under one person’s details but redeemed by another, which is a breach of our Package Terms & Conditions. The collection of registration photos is disclosed in our Privacy Policy (PDPA) and Package Terms & Conditions. Photos are used only for identity verification and package administration. Package purchases are optional. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, you may continue to enjoy our regular services without purchasing a package.
