The system will first check that your chosen slot is still available, then ask you to agree to the terms and conditions before your appointment can be confirmed. Once that's done, you'll land on a confirmation page with a small calendar icon showing your appointment is confirmed — if you didn't see that page, your booking likely didn't go through, so please try again or contact us at 6742 3033.
I didn't receive an email confirmation for my booking?
This usually means our confirmation email landed in your spam or junk folder, or is being blocked by your email provider. Add donotreply@appointy.com to your contacts to whitelist it, then check your spam folder for the confirmation. If you still can't find it after that, contact us at 6742 3033 and we'll verify your appointment.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes — the confirmation email we sent you includes a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment directly. If you created an Appointy account when booking, you can also log in to manage your appointments that way.
Can I book a darken treatment online?
Darken treatment is a prebook-only service — WhatsApp or call us at 6742 3033 to arrange it. For best results, it should be done within 7 days after your colour treatment.
